Who I am & how I work

As an independent real estate advisor, I support my clients in their property sale and purchase projects with an approach based on listening, transparency and commitment. For me, a real estate project is not just a transaction; it is an important life step that deserves clarity, care and peace of mind.

My background is atypical and plays an essential role in the way I work today. Trained as a nurse, then business owner, I have developed strong listening skills, a high level of organisation and a very practical approach to complex situations. Alongside this, my work as a sculptor has sharpened my eye for volumes, spaces and the true potential of properties.

This dual perspective — both human and creative — allows me to bring a keen eye to layout, property enhancement and the reality of renovation work, balancing aesthetic vision with technical constraints. I help my clients visualise possibilities, understand a property’s potential and make well-informed decisions.

Originally from the Périgord, I have an in-depth knowledge of Savignac-les-Églises, Périgueux and the surrounding areas. This strong local expertise enables me to provide accurate advice on property values, environments and long-term potential.

My way of working is based on personalised, end-to-end support. From the initial valuation to the final signing at the notary’s office, I am present at every stage: defining the strategy, showcasing the property, targeted marketing, organising and following up on viewings.
